Under Arunachalam’s leadership, Dreambright Events & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. has successfully executed more than 2,000 events across corporate, institutional, government and social sectors. The company’s portfolio includes large-scale corporate events, government programmes, college festivals, concerts, exhibitions, brand activations, weddings and complete event productions.

Among his notable achievements is the planning and execution of a Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s official programme in Chennai, which witnessed a gathering of approximately 30,000 people. The experience reflects his ability to lead and execute large-scale events involving complex production, logistics, infrastructure and on-ground operations.

Over the years, Arunachalam and his team have worked with leading organisations, educational institutions and brands, including Amazon, HP, Nissan, Renault, SBI and Amaron, among others. His approach combines entrepreneurial vision with hands-on knowledge of event production, enabling Dreambright to manage projects from concept and planning through production and complete on-ground execution.

Dreambright has also been recognised for its work in the event management industry, receiving the “Best Event Management of the Year 2021” award at the Indian Business Awards.
